You can cancel order as long as it has not been shipped, we can cancel your order with a refund. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel the order. All orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will incur a 5% restocking fee.
If you cancel your order after we shipped we will deduct a 10% cancellation fee for recalling the item and Shipping costs are not reimbursable.
Return & Refund Policy
You will get a 3-Day Return Policy for online purchases if item are not as described or you are not happy with it for whatever reason. Shipping charges to you and back to us will not be covered by us. A 10% cancellation fee will still chargeable.
Items cannot be accepted for a refund if they have been worn or used. Items will also not be accepted if any signs of usage, scratches, marks are present upon us receiving it. For Athaya Vintage Watches Related Product, cannot be accepted for a refund if they have been worn or if the strap/bracelet has been sized. Watches will also not be accepted if any signs of usage, scratches, marks are present upon us receiving it.
We will refund the amount to you in full less shipping charges upon receipt of your item provided it is in original condition and has not been altered or tampered with. Following the above, items cannot be returned to us if the 03-Day Return Policy period has been passed.
All our watches undergo a stringent check before they are packed and shipped. Extreme care and packaging is used to prevent damage during transit. However, in the rare event that the watch arrives damaged, we will repair the watch for free and send back the watch to you at our cost. Cost of returning the watch to us is covered by buyer. Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted.
Warranty Policy
Warranty policy only available for Athaya Vintage Watch product and not apply for watch parts product.
The warranty provides coverage for one (1) year from the purchase date to the original owner only. Our warranty covers the watch movement and excludes: watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch water resistance limitations.
The warranty is valid if the watches are directly purchased from us. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone without out approval will void this warranty.
